Privacy Policy
How we handle the personal data we may receive when you visit the Bright Loop website, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are
Bright Loop is a brand owned and operated by Dolphin Haley LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08396885, VAT number GB227467883). Our registered office is Boundary House, Cricketfield Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, England, UB8 1QG, UK.
Dolphin Haley LTD is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about this policy at outreach@bright-loop.co.
What this website collects
This website gives information about Bright Loop. It has no accounts or logins. We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and website visits. The only personal information we ask for is what you choose to send us through the contact form or when you book a call (see below). We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and you can opt out of both Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel at any time using the button on our Cookie Policy page.
Like all websites, some technical information is processed automatically when you visit:
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use this only to run and secure the website, which is our legitimate interest.
- Web fonts. The site’s typefaces are served from our own website, so loading them shares nothing with anyone else.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are popular, in aggregate only. Google’s advertising features are switched off. Our Cookie Policy describes the cookies we use and has a one-click button to opt out of both Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. This applies across the website in this browser and also applies to any analytics opt-out you saved previously. For Google Analytics website statistics, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people apart from automated bots and keep the site secure. These cookies do not identify you, are not used for marketing, and do not need your consent under UK law. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
We also use the Meta Pixel (ID 1672861151108854) to send page-view events to Meta for advertising measurement, unless you have opted out. We check your saved choice before loading the pixel. This shares information such as the page visited, IP address, browser details and cookie identifiers with Meta. Meta may associate visits with a Facebook or Instagram account and use them for advertising. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
The tracking opt-out stops future Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tracking, reloads the page and removes their cookies that are accessible on this website. It does not delete information already shared with Google or Meta. Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage until you opt back in or clear it; other browsers and devices need their own opt-out. If local storage cannot be read, tracking is disabled.
Third parties
| Provider | What it does | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts and secures the website | IP address, browser details, pages requested |
| Google (Google Workspace) | Receives contact form messages and book-a-call details and stores them in a private Google Sheet, then emails our team a copy | Name, email address, message, your answer about who handles your demo requests, consent choices, the page you sent it from |
| Calendly, LLC | Runs the booking calendar on our book-a-call page and sends meeting confirmations and reminders | Name, email address, company website, your answer about who handles your demo requests, the time you book, the ad or link you came from |
| Google (Google Analytics) | Measures how the website is used (you can opt out on the Cookie Policy page) | Pages viewed, device and browser details, approximate location, cookie identifiers |
| Meta | Receives page-view events through the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement | Page URL, IP address, browser details, cookie identifiers |
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US Data Bridge. Where this site links to other websites, those sites have their own privacy policies, and nothing is shared with them unless you click through.
If you use the contact form
When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your first and last name, email address, your message, the plan you chose if you came from our pricing page, whether you agreed to this policy and whether you asked to join our newsletter, plus the page you sent it from and the time. The form is processed by a Google Apps Script that saves your message in a private Google Sheet and emails a copy to our team. We use this only to reply to you and handle your enquiry, which is our legitimate interest, and we keep it for up to two years afterwards unless it leads to a business relationship.
We only add you to our newsletter or marketing if you tick the box to ask for it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The form also contains a hidden field and a timing check to filter out spam bots; these do not identify you.
If you book a call
When you book a call on our book-a-call page, you first tap an answer to one question (how many people handle your inbound demo requests), then enter your name and email address, agree to this Privacy Policy and choose whether to sign up to our newsletter and other marketing. We save these details, your answer and your choices in a private Google Sheet (the same way as the contact form) so we can follow up even if you don’t finish booking, and only send you marketing if you ticked that box. They are also passed to the booking calendar, which is provided by Calendly. Calendly receives your answer, your name and email address, any company website you enter, the time you choose, and the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, which ad you clicked). Calendly adds the meeting to our calendar and emails you the confirmation and reminders.
We use this only to hold the call, prepare for it and follow up on it, which is our legitimate interest, and we keep it for up to two years afterwards unless it leads to a business relationship. Google Analytics also counts, in aggregate, how many visitors answer the question and book a call. Calendly handles the data under its own privacy notice.
If you email us
If you email outreach@bright-loop.co, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to reply to you and handle your enquiry. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, unless they lead to a business relationship. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Bright Loop customers
If your company subscribes to Bright Loop, the personal data processed through the service (for example, the buyers who talk to Bright Loop on your website) is covered by your customer agreement and data processing terms, not by this policy.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to transfer it. To make a request, email outreach@bright-loop.co and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the website changes, for example if we add a contact form or the live demo. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
