Cookie Policy

Which cookies the Bright Loop website uses, why, and how to control them.

Last updated 30 October 2026

The short version

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie. We also use the Meta Pixel to send page-view events to Meta for advertising measurement. The button below switches off both Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel in this browser, across this website.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are switched on in this browser.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in much the same way, so this policy covers them too.

The contact form sets no cookies. When you send it, your message goes to Google to be saved for our team, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The booking calendar on our book-a-call page is provided by Calendly and only loads after you answer the question above it. Calendly may set its own cookies inside the calendar, mainly to make the booking work, and may ask for your cookie choices there. These are covered by Calendly’s privacy notice, not by this policy.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics is used for aggregate statistics to improve the website, with Google’s advertising features switched off. The button above switches off both Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Existing analytics opt-outs also switch off the Meta Pixel.

The Meta Pixel is a separate advertising service that sends a page-view event when a page loads, unless you have opted out. We check your saved choice before loading the pixel. The pixel does not run when JavaScript is disabled. Meta’s use of this information is described in its Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

How to control cookies

Use the Opt out of tracking button above to disable Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. The page reloads to stop the trackers, and we remove their cookies that are accessible on this website (_ga, _ga_*, _fbp and _fbc).

Your saved choice applies across this website in this browser, so you will need to opt out separately on other browsers and devices. You can opt back in using the same button. Opting out stops future tracking; it does not delete data already sent to Google or Meta.

If your browser blocks access to local storage, we disable tracking rather than load the pixel without knowing your choice. You can also install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking cookies will not stop the site working.
